Alcatel 1X 2024 Specs Review, Dragontrail Glass, Price, Performance & Full Features

The age-old company known as Alcatel has announced a new mobile phone by the name of Alcatel 1X 2019 this month of January. The phone comes with moderate features and we are sure that it will be very much affordable. For instance, some of its good features are the interpolated cameras, the five sensors, the 2GB of RAM that it comes with, and the equitable performance department.

Let us not forget too that this phone is an NFC device, although this feature is only available in selected countries. Come along as we examine the full features of the Alcatel 1X 2019. These will include camera, price, availability, and other specs.

Design and Display

This Alcatel 1X 2019 phone arrives in a plastic body design. Dimensions are 146.35 x 68.8 x 8.3 mm and its weight is 130 grams. It comes in black and blue colors. But take notice; this phone has no waterproof protection but has face recognition technology, and fingerprint sensor.

Also, it is a 5.5 inches screen of IPS LCD capacitive multi-touch screen phone, which comes without a secondary display but with display protection. Further, it sports 1440 x 720 pixels of screen resolution. Furthermore, other features are 18:9 aspect ratio, Dragontrail glass, 2.5D curved glass, 16 million colors, 77.5 percent screen to body ratio, and pixel density is 293 ppi.

Camera Features

There is single primary rear camera setup of 13 MP interpolated to 16 MP that comes with LED flash and FHD recording. Additionally, at the front the selfie camera is 5 MP interpolated to 8 MP which comes with LED flash also. However, the video performance is 1080p.

The camera features in the phone are as follows- Geo-tagging, touch focus, face detection, panorama, auto focus, HDR, and others.

The Alcatel 1X 2019 also sports Android OS v8.1 Oreo as its operating system in control. In addition to that, it comes with MediaTek MT6739WW chipset together with 28nm process technology and 64-bit architecture. Moreover, the CPU is Quad-core Cortex A53, and the GPU is PowerVR GE800.

Storage Capacity and Sensors

In this device, there is 2GB of RAM with no way of increasing the space. Additionally, there is internal storage of 16GB that can be increased to 128GB with micro-SD card. There are five sensors in the phone in the form of accelerometer, proximity, compass, fingerprint, and light.

Network and Connectivity

Alcatel 1X 2019 is supported by GSM, HSPA and LTE. So it has 2G, 3G and 4G available for internet connectivity. This makes it a 4G compliant mobile device that has dual hybrid/nano SIM card slot.

As you may expect, network support of Alcatel 1X 2019 are Bluetooth v4.2, Wi-Fi, mobile hotspot, NFC, GPS, A-GPS, headphone jack and micro USB 2.0. Actually, there is no HDMI or infrared in the device.

Battery Life Alcatel 1X 2019

Powering the Alcatel 1X 2019 is a Li-Po 3000 mAh non-removable battery that does not have wireless charging and no fast charging technology. Standby time is up to 450 hours for 3G and 420 hours for 2G.

Price and Availability

Alcatel 1X 2019 price is officially $120 USD. That is in spite of the fact that the mobile phone is not available yet. However, look out for it because it will soon be available at the first quarter of 2019.
