Apple’s software update will be released in order to enforce Chinese court orders

An Apple software update will be released soon. Apple has now decided to stop this big loss after selling its iPhone to China for legal reasons, following a Qualcomm complaint.

We announced the iPhone sales in China a bit early in the news release. Qualcomm was able to bring its complaints against Apple and stop legal sales of Apple handsets in China by issuing official judgments. Now Apple has no legal right to sell iPhone 6s and 6s Plus, iPhone 7 and 7 Plus, iPhone 8 and 8 Plus, as well as iPhone 4s in China!

Eliminating sanctions by Apple Software Update

Apple once felt the risk that Qualcomm was struggling to prevent Apple from operating in China after losing its complaint of failing to comply with its intellectual rights, and tried to launch a new complaint, even selling the iPhone XS iPhone, XSM, iPhone and XR also prevent the world’s largest mobile market! The latest software update for Apple iPhone has been developed to comply with the Chinese court order.

Because Apple’s intellectual disadvantages related to software solutions (photo resizing and roaming apps on a touchscreen), it’s not hard to fix the problem. Apple announced that this update will be released next week, and after the release of the release process, the ban on iPhone sales in China will be resolved.

Although this risk was rejected by Apple, Apple’s phone sales status in 2024 is still unclear. If Qualcomm can sue for violating its rights through the development of software for the three iPhone, Xbox, iPhone, and Xperia smartphones, Apple will once again face a new challenge.
