The BQ BQ-6010G Practic appears to be first released in Russia in the month of January 2019 and the most spectacular aspect of the phone is the 3G Android that comes with metal body design. Granted, that should make it more expensive right? Wrong!

Yes, while this phone seems to be very sleek with the body structure, it carries other features known to be common with 3G Android phones except that it has 2GB of RAM, not 1GB. Secondly, it is a large screen type which gamers love, so the price tag is justified. Let us check and see what will impress us about this new smartphone from BQ.

Design and Display

BQ-6010G Practic phone arrives in metal body and frame design. Dimensions are 159 x 76.7 x 9.3 mm and the weight is 195 grams. It comes in black, blue, gold, and silver colors. However, this phone has no waterproof protection, no fingerprint sensor and no face recognition technology.

Also, it is a 6 inches screen of IPS LCD capacitive multi-touch screen phone, which comes without a secondary display and also without display protection. Further, it sports 960 x 480 pixels of screen resolution. Furthermore, there are 16 million colors, 76.4 percent screen to body ratio, 2.5D curved glass, 18:9 aspect ratio, and pixel density is 179 PPI.

Camera Features

There is single primary rear camera setup of 8 MP that comes with LED flash and f/2.2 aperture. Additionally, at the front the selfie camera is 5 MP f/2.0 aperture, which comes without LED flash. However, the video performance in the device is 720p.

Camera features in the phone are as follows- Geo-tagging, touch focus, face detection, panorama, auto focus, scene mode, self-timer, white balancing effect, HDR, and others.

BQ-6010G Practic also sports Android OS v8.1 Oreo Go Edition as the operating system. In addition to that, it comes with MediaTek MT6580M chipset which comes with process technology 28nm, 32-bit architecture. Moreover, the CPU is 1.3 GHz Quad-core Cortex A7, and the GPU is Mali 400 MP2 as well.

Storage Capacity and Sensors

Furthermore, BQ-6010G Practic is entitled to 1GB of RAM which is not able to expand no matter what. At the internal storage level, it has 8GB space. It can be increased to 64GB with a micro-SD card. There are three sensors in the phone and that is accelerometer, proximity, and light.

Network and Connectivity

The BQ-6010G Practic is supported by GSM and HSPA and there is no 4G LTE in this smartphone. So it has 2G and 3G available for internet connectivity. This makes the device a 3G compliant mobile device that has dual nano/micro SIM card slot.

In addition to that, network supports of BQ-6010G Practic are Bluetooth v4.0, Wi-Fi, mobile hotspot, GPS, A-GPS, headphone jack and micro USB 2.0. As easily seen, there is no HDMI, NFC and infrared in the device.

Battery Life of BQ-6010G Practic

The battery of the phone is good at a Li-Ion 3150 mAh non-removable that has no wireless charging and no fast charging technology. Talk time and standby time are not specified.
