Comio C1 Pro is now available on shopping stores, the budget-friendly smartphone is the updated variant to the Comio C1 we saw last year. The C1 Pro targets those on a budget or first time users.
The device is available for just a token and runs on the latest Android 8.1 Oreo. There’s 1.5GB of RAM for multitasking, 16GB storage space and dual 4G VoLTE support for the two SIMs inserted. Lets find out more.
Design
The C1 Pro was made for the youth and it’s evident when you take a look at it. It also has curved sides and edges and looks radiant as well. From the back, we can see there’s no fingerprint scanner, but it has PIN and Password.
The rear camera and LED are on the vertical foundation seen at the top middle. The Comio logo takes centre stage, while the loudspeaker is seen at the bottom corner. You can get it in Metallic grey, Sunrise gold and Royal black colors.
Display
The screen gives a standard 16:9 aspect ratio and comes with a lot of bezels we typically see on budget smartphones. It will be nice to see a full view display here not even the notch.
Nonetheless, the small 5-inch IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen is pretty standard. It boasts of 720 X 1280 pixels in resolution and 282 pixel per inch density. The screen should also bring out your games and videos pretty nice.
Hardware and Software
Under the hood, the MediaTek MTK6737 chip comes with its 28nm process technology. The chip also boasts of 4-cores of processor which clocks at a smooth speed of 1.3GHz. The ARM Mali-720 MP2 graphics processor clocks at 650MHz.
For multitasking, there’s 1.5GB RAM space to handle all your light multitasking. The RAM space clocks at 733MHz in memory speed. In the storage department, you get 16GB space to store all your files and apps, with option to upgrade further up to 128GB. It runs on Android 8.1 Oreo.
Camera
The 8MP rear shooter takes normal photographs and comes with a LED flash. There are other Internal features on the camera that helps to enhance your photography skills. The 5MP selfie camera supports Face ID as well.
Battery
Powering the Comio C1 Pro is a 2500mAh non-removable Li-Po battery with no fast charging technology. Without the fast charging feature, charging the battery from 0% to 100% might take up to 2.2 hours.
