Firefox 75 arrives with a new address bar and not only

The coronavirus was unable to affect Mozilla, which nevertheless released version 75. Firefox 75 comes with many new features, especially in the computer version. In fact, this company’s specialty is the desktop version used by 250 million active users. If you choose to upgrade to the new version, you will immediately have a new look in the address bar.

Firefox 75 arrives with a new address bar and not only

The address bar is always useful, not only to enter the addresses of the sites we want to visit (and access them) but also to perform a search. Now with Firefox 75, everything is even better. It has a wider format, larger fonts, and simplified functions. The shorter addresses also stand out, adjust to multiple dimensions and have a shortcut to the most popular search sites.

However, Firefox 75’s search suggestions have been improved. With this, we have faster searches and even help us with more popular search keywords that guarantee more accuracy. In addition, with a single click on the address bar, we have access to the most visited sites. And if we happen to have that site already open in another tab, but we can’t find it, it will be highlighted in the bar. Therefore, we can quickly jump to that tab instead of going through the several that are open. This also works for any other page that we have already visited.

Personally I always liked Firefox. I used it for several years for all the features it offered and even for the interface. However, over time, I switched to Chrome and it brought me more convenience.

It is true that Chrome sometimes takes up a lot of memory resources. However, there are no miracle solutions. It now remains for us to try Firefox75 with all the improvements and fixes that have been implemented to see how it is working, which we will do today and of course we will give feedback at Leak.
