HiSense V Plus has been introduced by the company, the device is already available on shopping stores and targets “gamers”, according to the company. The V Plus packs lots of inviting features, powerful specs and a sleek body.
It houses the Snapdragon 660 chip from Qualcomm, coupled with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. It sports dual rear cameras and fingerprint scanner at the rear, with a full view display for gamers as well. Lets find out more.
Design
The V Plus sports a Metallic body that’s quite attractive and exquisite just like most flagship devices we’ve seen this year. The body reflects light in the most subtle way, the sleek smartphone has curved sides and edges as well.
There’s a fingerprint scanner at the rear which offers quick access to the device. The dual shooters are horizontal at the top with the LED flash right beside it. Overall, it weighs just 165g, making it light and easy to operate with one hand or when you’re playing games. It’s available in only Grey and Black colors.
Display
What better display to enjoy your games than on a full view screen, the V Plus comes with an 18:9 aspect ratio screen. With no narrow bezels in sight, you get to enjoy taller visuals when playing games or watching movies in landscape mode.
Displaying the games and videos is a large 5.99-inch FHD+ IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen. This has a resolution of 1080 x 2160 pixels and 402 pixel per inch density, bringing out the details on the screen. The screen stretches up to 78.9% screen-to-body ratio as well.
Hardware and Software
Internally, the Snapdragon 660 chip from Qualcomm is in charge, it was built on a 14nm process technology and 64-bit CPU architecture. The 8-Cores of processor present here clocks at a fast pace of 2.2GHz, with the Adreno 512 graphics processor handling graphics.
For multitasking, there’s a massive 6GB of RAM available, this should be more than enough to handle those heavy apps. You also get a massive 128GB storage space as well, if that isn’t enough, easily upgrade up to 256GB with a memory card. It runs on Android 8.0 Oreo out of the box.
Camera
The dual 12MP + 8MP rear shooters at the rear has f/1.8 and f/2.4 aperture respectively. The Sony IMX486 sensors comes with a lot of features, including a LED flash for low light shots. Videos of 1080p can be recorded @30fps. While the 20MP selfie camera has f/1.8 focal lens aperture for cute selfies.
Battery
Powering the HiSense V Plus is a 3400mAh non-removable Li-Ion battery with fast charging technology. With the fast charging feature, charging the battery from 0% to 100% shouldn’t take up to 2 hours.
