First off, open your inventory. You can do this by pressing the I key on your keyboard. If you are using a controller, it will vary depending on the preset you are using.

To drop items in the PvE mode of Fortnite, open up your inventory. You can do this by hitting the I key on your keyboard. Now, you should see all of the items in your backpack.
To drop an item, first, you need to select it. Next, hit the Drop button in the bottom right corner of the screen. Keep in mind that this only drops weapons and not schematics. It’s impossible to trade schematics in the current point of the game.
