  3. Next, select the Factory Data Reset option and then tap on Reset device.
  4. Now, enter your PIN and password when prompted.
  5. Tap on Continue.
  6. In the end, tap on Delete to confirm all your actions.

If after following all the steps listed above the issue still persists, then it is safe to assume that the issue is with the sender’s phone. If that is the case, there isn’t much you can do to fix this except blacklisting the number.
