How To Play Games Using PS4 DualShock 4 Controller On PC
This procedure is for Windows 8, 8.1 and Windows 10.
- First, you will need to Download the DS4windows software which you can download on the GitHub. (Download the latest version)

Once you’ve Downloaded the DS4Windows, Locate it and Unzip/Extract it.

After extracting the files, you’ll have two files; DS4Updater.exe and DS4Windows.exe

Double-Click on the DS4Windows.exe to launch the Software and set it up.

In case you’re asked where you want your settings amd profile to be saved Choose “Appdata” which is the default Option.

You’ll be presented with an “Install the DS 4 Driver” in a new window. Click on it to install the necessary drivers.

Once the drivers are done Installing then the hard part is over.

It now depends on if you would like to game wirelessly or using a USB Cable. If you would like to use a USB cable then get one and connect your PS4 DualShock Controller to your PC using the USB Cable.

To connect wirelessly, turn on the PS4 DualShock Controller Bluetooth by pressing and holding the Central PS button and share button till the light on the controller begins to flash. Now search for any available Bluetooth device on your PC and connect to the controller. If asked for pair code input 0000.
No Bluetooth on your PC? No problem. You can get a Sony PlayStation 4 DualShock USB Wireless Adaptor, Plug it into your PC and Connect.
