AnTuTu have released the list of best performing phones for the month of October which has seen a chance of scenery from the usual Snapdragon 845 devices topping the charts. The Top three spot have taken by the Kirin 980 powered Huawei Mate 20 Series – Mate 20, Mate 20 Pro and Mate 20 X in that particular order with an average benchmarking score of 311840, 307693 and 303112 respectively. Coming in at 4th place is also a new entry to the list from Xiaomi with the Successor to the Black Shark – Balck Shark Helo with a benchmark score of 301757 followed by it’s predecessor – Black Shark at 5th position with 293544 benchmarking score.
Other phones in the list includes the Meizu 16, OnePlus 6, ASUS ROG Phone, Smartisan R1 and Nubia Z18 in that particular order. The scores for each device isn’t the highest benchmarking score as stated by AnTuTu but the average of their scores. As you have probably noticed, some of the newer phones like the Xiaomi Mi Mix 3, Honor Magic 2 and even the OnePlus 6T that has taken the title as the second fastest android smartphone didn’t make it to the list. This is because they were released late last month but will surely take their rightful position in the next month ranking. This list also goes to show that the Kirin 980 is a worthy opponent to the Snapdragon 845 processor when it comes to performance.
