Just5 Freedom C105 was launched alongside the Freedom C100 smartphone as budget devices for the mobile season. The company made the announcement on their website as they keep surprising their fans.
The Freedom series produces budget smartphones for low-class individuals who want to own a sleek phone. The Freedom C105 is perfect for those on a budget and has low-level specs as well. Without further ado, meet the Just5 Freedom C105.
Design
The C105 is beautiful just like other smartphones from the company, they make the most beautiful budget phones. The dual antenna lines on this baby is a body killer, curved to perfection at the top and bottom corner.
At the top left, the rear camera sits pretty with the LED flash beside it. The company’s logo is at the middle while the rear loudspeaker is at the bottom corner. Turning over to the sides, it measures 9.35 mm in thickness and weighs 133 g, making it easy to hold and operate. Furthermore, it’s available in only Gray color.
Display
Sporting three navigation buttons at the bottom bezel, while the top bezel houses the selfie camera, ambient light sensor and speaker grille. It has very tiny narrow bezel as well, the screen got up to 67.17 screen to body ratio. Not appealing though, but it’s a budget smartphone.
The 5-inch HD IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen boasts of 1280 x 720 pixels in resolution. The details on the portable should be clear and sharp, it has 294 pixel per inch density and dishes out 16:9 aspect ratio.
Hardware and Software
Working underneath is the MediaTek MT6737 chip with 64-bit CPU architecture and 4-cores of processor. The quad-core of processor reaches 1.25 GHz clock speed, and boasts of 28nm process technology. Managing graphics is the ARM Mali-T720 MP1 graphics processor which clocks at 650MHz.
Multitasking through light apps shouldn’t be a problem with 1GB RAM space and a memory speed of 640MHz. There’s 8GB storage space ready to accommodate all files, you can also upgrade up to 32GB. The Freedom C105 runs on Android 7.0 Nougat operating system.
Camera
The 8MP rear camera on the Freedom C105 comes with f/2.2 aperture and LED flash. It captures just 3K resolution images, as you can take photographs with 3266 x 2449 pixels in dimension. The camera has quality features like Autofocus, Continuous shooting, Digital Zoom, Exposure compensation, Face detection as well. The 5MP selfie camera has f/2.8 aperture for cute selfies.
Battery
Powering the Just5 Freedom C105 is a 2000mAh non-removable Li-Ion battery with no fast charging technology. Even without the fast charging feature, it shouldn’t take more than 1.8 hours to fully charge up the battery from 0% to 100%.
