League of Legends – Wild Rift is going to be crazy on smartphones!

League of Legends- Wild Rift is something completely new. Riot Games completely rebuilt the Summoners Rift (now called Wild Rift) for mobile devices and redesigned many of the game’s most popular champions and skins.

In terms of gameplay, it remains a MOBA 5v5, but with some differences. The map is slightly smaller, the skills are launched with double controls and the game times have been reduced to 15 minutes. It is also Riot Games’ first foray into mobile devices. However, considering the connection of this company to Tencent Gaming, we expect a game with a lot of quality.

Like the PC game, Wild Rift will also be completely free. So we will only have in-app purchases at the level of skins and other cosmetic aspects. However, all champions can be unlocked only through the game or purchased directly to speed things up.

Although no release date has been announced for Wild Rift, the first alpha phase runs from June 6 to 27 for Android devices. The game is expected to reach all countries by the end of 2020.

Wild Rift has the same skill system as the PC version, but with a layout adapted to mobile devices. This means a double control scheme, with the left control to move the character and the right control to direct the skills.

Many champion skills have been tweaked to facilitate control on touch screens.

At launch, 40 Wild Rift champions will be available. This includes most of the classic champions like Annie, Malphite, and Nasus, as well as later ones like Yasuo and Camille. Each champion has been completely redesigned and rebuilt from scratch, so not all current skins will be available at launch.

League of Legends- Wild Rift will be available for mobile devices and consoles, but there will be no cross-play between the two.
