OnePlus 7 may be the first 5G Android phone from OnePlus but it is not going to be the first 5G Android phone universally. Find other news of the device here. However, that is not the only good thing about the phone, for it has 48MP camera to the rear and the battery is a solid one, seeing that it is balanced against a 5G network.

This phone has not been released yet, but we have full information regarding it, and that it will be released around the first quarter of 2019. Let’s check out the technical specification of the phone. In view of this, we will start from the design, price, camera, and other features as well.

Design and Display

OnePlus 7 arrives in aluminum and glass body design. Dimensions and the weight are not specified. It comes in and only black color. Additionally, it has waterproof protection, a fingerprint sensor and face recognition technology.

Also, it is a 6.04 inches screen of Optic AMOLED capacitive multi-touch screen, which comes without a secondary display but comes with display protection. Further, it sports 2340 x 1080 pixels of screen resolution. Furthermore, there are 16 million colors, 19.5:9 aspect ratio, Corning Gorilla Glass 6, and pixel density is 394 PPI.

Camera Features

There is dual primary rear camera setup of 48 MP and 24 MP that comes with dual LED and dual tone flash. Additionally, at front the selfie camera is 20 MP, which comes with LED flash.

Camera features in the phone are as follows- Geo-tagging, touch focus, face detection, panorama, auto focus, PADF, EIS, OIS, Google lens, HDR, and others.

Hardware & Software

Further, OnePlus 7 also sports Android OS v9.0 Pie as the operating system. It comes with the Oxygen OS user interface. It comes with Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 chipset which comes with 7nm process technology, and 64-bit architecture. Moreover, the CPU is 1 x 2.84 GHz Kyro 485 Octa-core, and the GPU is Adreno 640.

Storage Capacity and Sensors

Furthermore, OnePlus 7 is entitled to four variants of 8GB + 128GB, 10GB + 256GB 12GB + 512GB. There are no SD-card slots. There are nine sensors in the phone and they are accelerometer, proximity, ambient light, compass, fingerprint, gyro, sensor core, and hall.

Network and Connectivity

The OnePlus 7 is supported by GSM, CDMA, TD-SCDMA, HSPA and LTE, so it is having 2G, 3G, 4G a 5G available for internet connectivity and other uses. This makes the device a 5G compliant mobile device that has dual nano SIM card slot.

Expectedly, network supports of the device are Bluetooth v5.0, Wi-Fi, mobile hotspot, GPS, A-GPS, GLONASS, BDS, NFC, headphone jack and USB v3.0, Type C 1.0 reversible connector. Evidently, there is no infrared and HDMI in the device.

Battery Life of OnePlus 7

The battery of the phone is a good one at a Li-Po 4150 mAh non-removable that has no wireless charging and has fast charging technology. Talk time and standby time are not specified herein.
