Oppo Reno 10X Zoom & Oppo Reno Standard Edition in China Without Notch

Finally, Oppo has made its flagship phones official at an event in China. The Chinese phone maker announced the two devices namely Oppo Reno 10x Zoom that features 48-megapixel triple camera with 10x hybrid zoom support and a powerful chip on the inside.
Another is the standard Oppo Reno edition which is an upper mid-range smartphone that also comes with a beautiful body design featuring Snapdragon 710 SoC.

Going by the design, the Oppo Reno 10x Zoom is a classic device to flaunt around with.
The phone is wrapped with glass and 7000-series aluminum alloy frame. Measuring 162 x 77.2 x 9.3mm and weighs 210 gram shows that is not that heavy and anyone can handle it with a single hand. It packs a large screen display size of 6.65-inch AMOLED panel with a notch-free. The screen has an impressive full HD+ resolution of 2340 x 1080 pixels. It reaches up to 91.3 percent screen to body ratio.

The phone comes with HDR 10+ complaint display embedded with sixth-generation in-screen fingerprint sensor with a corning gorilla glass 6 giving it maximum protection.
Behind the wheel is a Snapdragon 855 SoC which is paired with 8GB RAM for support. It has a generous inbuilt memory of 256GB with an external SD card support. Fueling the Reno 10X Zoom is a massive battery capacity of 4,065mAh with VOOC 3.0 fast charging.

There’s a copper tub liquid cooling heat sink for heat dissipation on the inside. On the front, the phone features a pop-up front camera that host an f/2.0 aperture 16-megapixel front camera and LED flash. The primary camera features 48-megapixel Sony IMX586, an f/2.2 aperture 8-megapixel secondary lens and a periscope telescopic sensor of 13-megapixel that features OIS. The triple cameras are paired with dual LED flash and other internal features.

The Reno 10x Zoom runs on Android 9.0 Pie operating system with ColorOS 6 skin with on top. Other features on the phone include dual-band GPS for navigation which is location tracking. There are NFC and 3.5mm audio jack and other regulars. The phone also comes with an assistant that is called Breeno Assistant on the inside which assists by understanding users habit. For smooth gaming, the phone support Game Boost 2.0 acceleration engine.

Oppo Reno Standard Edition Features And Specifications

The standard edition of Oppo Reno falls under the upper mid-range category. It also comes with a notch less display screen size. It has an AMOLED display of 6.4 inches with a full HD+ resolution and 19.5:9 aspect ratio. There’s also an in-display fingerprint sensor with a corning gorilla glass 6 protection.

The phone measures 156.6 x 74.3 x 9mm in dimension and it weighs 185 grams. It has Snapdragon 710 with 8GB RAM and internal memory of 256GB. It has a slot for micro SD card. On the camera, it features OIS assisted 48-megapixel + 5-megapixel on the back with a pop-up 16MP selfies snapper.

The Oppo Reno standard edition has a nonremovable battery capacity of 3,765mAh with VOOC 3.0 fast charging.  Other features on the phone include Breeno assistant, Game Boos 2.0, NFC support, Dolby Atmos support and it runs on Android 9.0 Pie operating system.

Oppo will be announcing the 5G edition of the Oppo Reno 10x Zoom at upcoming events.
The Reno series will be announced for global market at Zurich, Switzerland on April 24. Furthermore, the company will commence the 5G Spark Program through which it will select some OPPO users to experience the 5G version of Reno. In May, they will start recruitment for it in China in which about 200 individual will become the first in China to use 5G mobile phone.
