Sony Xperia XZ4 – a mysterious prototype touches the 400 thousand points on AnTuTu

The new year began with a particular benchmark on AnTuTu featuring a mysterious prototype of the  Sony Xperia XZ4, the next top of the range of the Japanese company that should debut in an official way at the Mobile World Congress 2019 in February. The smartphone has become the protagonist of a record benchmark reaching 396 thousand points, an absolute record for AnTuTu.

Recall that the new Sony Xperia XZ4 will be able to count on Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 SoC, the new SoC top of the range of Qualcomm that, in the first benchmarks on AnTuTu, scores a record score of over 360 thousand placing itself like the Apple A12 Bionic and decidedly ahead of the other SoCs used by Android smartphones.

At the moment, there are no further details on the benchmark. The Sony Xperia XZ4 spotted on AnTuTu could present an overclocked version of the Snapdragon 855, as happened with the ASUS ROG Phone and the Snapdragon 845. It is, instead, possible that the test was somehow altered and the score obtained on AnTuTu does not represent the real performance of the new Sony top range.

Recall that the  Sony Xperia XZ4 can count on a new display in 21- 9 and on a triple camera.
