Bytedance was caught working on its own smartphone earlier this year. The company has now officially launched the phone in China in the form of the Smartisan Jianguo Pro 3 aka Nut Pro 3.
Smartisan Jianguo is a flagship phone which is powered by the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 855+ SoC and sport a quad-camera setup at the back. The phone is loaded with a host of features such as selfie lightening etc. You will also be able to access the TikTok app with a single swipe on the lock screen.
Smartisan Jianguo Pro 3 Specifications
The phone runs on Smartisan OS 7 based on an unknown version of Android. It features a 6.39-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with a screen resolution of 1080×2340 pixels. The Phone’s display comes with 403ppi pixel density and 100,000:1 contrast ratio.
The smartphone is powered by the Snapdragon 855+ SoC along with up to 12GB of RAM. There are two different storage variants including 128GB and 256GB storage. The 128GB supports UFS 2.1 standard, while the 256GB storage variant supports UFS 3.0 standard.
In terms of optics, the phone packs a quad-camera setup including 48MP primary camera with Sony IMX586 image sensor, 13MP wide-angle-lens, with a 123-degrees field of view, 8 MP telephoto lens with 2x optical zoom support, and a 5 MP macro camera which is capable to take capture shots of a subject as close as 2cm. On the front, there is a 20 MP camera with 4-in-1 pixel binning technology to capture bright shots.
The connectivity options include 4G LTE, Bluetooth v5.0, Wi-Fi a/b/g/n/ac, GPS, GLONASS, Galileo,USB Type-C port, and Wi-Fi Direct. The phone packs a 4000mAh battery that supports quick charge 4+ (18W) fast charging technology and PD 3.0 as well.
Smartisan Jianguo Pro 3 Pricing
The smartphone has been launched in China in three storage configurations- 8GB RAM + 128GB ROM, 8GB RAM + 256GB ROM, and 12GB RAM + 256GB ROM. The base variant has been priced at CNY 2,899, the second variant(8GB RAM + 256GB ROM) costs CNY 3,199 and the third variant with 12GB RAM and 256GB ROM will be priced at 3,599.
The first two variants will be available in black and white colour options and the third one comes in green-ish Matsutake colour. Smartisan Jianguo Pro 3 will include a discount of CNY 200 in the first sale.
