Ulefone Armour 7 Specs Review, Quad Camera, Helio P90

The Ulefone Armour 7 comes in a package that has the following components; the phone itself, power adapter, USB cord, SIM removal tool, warranty card and user manual. The phone is out June 1, 2019 and it is coming with very good features. As you can see, the device comes with four cameras. It has powerful enough battery and a well balanced performance department to shore up the stress that may come from a very intense use of the phone.

Design and Display

Ulefone Armour 7 is made with plastic and rubber materials. Think how that can protect it if it falls from the user’s hand. Looking further, one finds that dimensions and weight specs are not specified yet. But we know that the smartphone will arrive in black and gold colors. However, probably due to the make-up of plastic and rubber body materials of the mobile device, there is no body protection support for it. Please note that this is a waterproof device.

Display features include IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen with multi-touch features. Screen size in this Ulefone device is 6.3 inches equipped with 1080 x 2340 display resolution and there’s 24 bit color depth for the display. Display colors are 16 million and there is no secondary display at all. Going further, pixel density is 409 ppi. Display protection includes 2.5D curved glass screen, Corning Gorilla Glass, and scratch resistant option.

Camera Features

There are four of these cameras; three to the rear and one to the front. At the rear we find 48 MP and 16 MP and 5 MP. The image dimension is 8000 x 6000 pixels, and the video resolutions are 2160p, 1080p and 720p. The user can adjust to the one he or she is comfortable with. Other cool camera features in this device are HDR, auto focus, continuous Shooting, panorama,, and many others. Also, the front side has a selfie camera of 16 MP.

Hardware and Software

This Ulefone Armour 7 device comes with Android OS 9.0 Pie and that comes with a modified user interface. Hardware parameters include MediaTek Helio P90 with 8-Core, 64-bit processor at the chipset level. CPU frequency is Octa core cortex variants, and the GPU is IMG PowerVR GM 9446. All these operate with 12nm process technology.

Storage Capacity and Sensors

At the storage, there are two variants. One is 6GB + 128GB and 8GB + 256GB. There’s also a memory card slot to boost it further externally up to 512GB. On the other side, the sensors in this device are proximity, light, accelerometer, compass, gravity, gyroscope, and fingerprint.

Network and Connectivity

Ulefone Armour 7 is indeed a 4G Android smartphone, able to work with networks such as 2G, 3G, and 4G. This means it is a GSM, W-CDMA, and LTE enabled. Other network connectivity components are Wi-Fi, hotspot, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, A-GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou, FM radio, USB Type-C OTG, and other components. It makes use of dual nano SIM.

Battery Power

Powering the Ulefone Armour 7 is a non-removable Li-Po 5000 mAh battery. This phone is equipped with wireless charging and also has fast charging option available. Talk time and standby times are up to 18 hours and 348 hours respectively.

Price and Availability

Ulefone Armour 7 is into two variants, the price starts at $299 officially. However, those who pre-order may get it for less. After June 4, the price will move up to what you see here. As to the availability of the phone, it is on pre-order till June 1 when it will start shipping. By then it will be available at shopping stores as from the month of June 2019.
