Uniwa F4000 is a phone that came on board in the month of December 2018. This mobile phone is rugged and can stay under water for about half an hour without any threat of damage. This mobile is one of the cheapest rugged Android phones out there.

So, if you don’t have much to spend on a mobile phone this product is for you. It comes surprisingly cheap for a rugged device. A plus to this is the dual rear camera for good quality photographs, and there is the powerful camera that accompanies it, so the user can make use of the phone without charging it for many years.

Design and Display of Uniwa F4000

This Uniwa F4000 mobile phone arrives in plastic and metal rigged body design. The dimensions are 73.8 x 154.3 x 11.3 mm and its weight specification is 200 grams. It comes in four colors of black, red, gray, and gold colors. To emphasize, this is a water resistant material phone.

Going further, it is a 5.45 inches screen of IPS LCD capacitive multi-touch screen phone, which comes without a secondary display but with display protection. Further, it sports 720 x 1440 pixels of screen resolution. Furthermore, other features are 16 million colors, 18:9 aspect ratio, and screen to body ratio is 67.53 percent, and pixel density is 295 ppi.

Camera Features

There is dual primary rear camera setup of 13 MP and 2 MP that comes with dual LED flash and FHD recording. Additionally, at the front the selfie camera is 5 MP which comes without LED flash as well. However, the video performance is 720p.

The camera features in the phone are as follows- Geo-tagging, touch focus, face detection, panorama, auto focus, HDR, white balance settings, and others.

Hardware & Software

Uniwa F4000 also sports Android OS v8.1 Oreo and all the good things that comes with it as its operating system in control. In addition to that, it comes with a MediaTek MT6739, 28nm process technology, and 64-bit architecture. Moreover, the CPU is 1.3 GHz Quad-core, and the GPU is PowerVR GE8100.

Storage Capacity and Sensors

In this device, there is 2GB of RAM and this cannot be increased. In addition to that, the internal storage is 16GB which can be increased with a micro-SD card up to 128GB. There are five sensors in the phone and they are accelerometer, proximity, and ambient light, gyroscope, and fingerprint.

Network and Connectivity

This phone is supported by GSM, HSPA and LTE. So the user has 2G, 3G and 4G available for internet connectivity at anytime. This makes this phone a 4G compliant mobile device that has dual nano SIM card slot.

As expected, network support items are Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, mobile hotspot, GPS, A-GPS, headphone jack and micro USB 2.0 Type C. Actually, there is no infrared, NFC or HDMI in the Uniwa F4000.

Battery Life Uniwa F4000

Powering this device is a good Li-Po 3800 mAh non-removable battery that does not have wireless charging and no fast charging technology. Talk time and standby time are not specified herein.
