Xiaomi will be holding its launch in London Tomorrow November 8. The event is expected to be the company’s chance to unveil the Mi 8 Pro which will be accompanied by the company’s first ever official store in the country.
The launch has been teased by the company with an image which showcases an in-display fingerprint sensor which is available on the Mi 8 Pro. Another image which has been used to promote the launch features the number 8 inverted into an infinity symbol.
The eights that are so prominent in the campaign is definitely not a coincidence with the flagship being the Mi 8 Pro launching on the 8th of this month in the same year that the company celebrated its eight-year birthday. The mi 8 series was created in honor of the company’s remarkable hallmark. The Mi 8 and the Mi 8 SE have been released to the market a few months back while the newer Xiaomi smartphone models Mi 8 Pro and Mi 8 lite only became available in China in December.
We are not yet sure of what products would be launched but we speculate that the Lite 8 pro would also be launched in the event an make its official UK debut too. The company is expected to sell its phones through its first store that it would be opening in the event.
The Xiamo Mi 8 is a 6.21 inches display phone which has a 20 MP front camera and a dual 12 MP back camera. It comes with a 3000mAh battery and spots a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor. It is expected to go for just $755.53. The Mi 8 lite which spots a 6.26 inches screen and comes has a 24 MP front camera and a dual 12MP and 5MP back camera. It is said to be going for just $292.
