Xiaomi Pocophone F1 – a new version of the Armored Edition has been unveiled

The excellent Xiaomi Pocophone F1, the mid-range with SoC Snapdragon 845 available on the Italian market since the end of last summer, is the protagonist of the Christmas day with an announcement that had been anticipated by the Indian division of the company yesterday with a series of teasers disseminated through social networks.

Today’s announcement features the Armored Edition with Kevlar back of the Xiaomi Pocophone F1 which, starting this week, will also be available in the variant with 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal storage that goes alongside the version 8/256 GB, waiting for some weeks in Europe too.

The new 6/128 GB variant of the Xiaomi Pocophone F1 will cost around 300 euros at the current exchange rate. In case of future European marketing, this version of the smartphone should arrive at a price higher than 350 Euros. Of course, we will know more in the coming weeks.

We specify that, at least for the moment, there is no information on a possible second generation of the Xiaomi Pocophone F1 (a sort of Pocophone F2). The project, which should be based on the SoC Snapdragon 855, should only be ready for the second half of next year.

We also point out that the Pocophone F1, in “standard” version and not “Armored Edition”, is available in Italy with a starting price of just over 300 Euros. Here is the link to the best offer:
