The ZTE Axon 7 Max is a big 6-inch phone with 3D viewing capabilities. In fact, it comes along with about $53 worth of 3D content, isn’t this amazing? That aside the phone also carries dual rear cameras, a fingerprint scanner, and a 4100 mAh battery.

CONNECTIVITY

The phone comes with 4G LTE network, it is dual SIM (Nano-SIM, dual stand-by), and runs on Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box, with a customised UI called MiFavor UI 4.0. Bluetooth – v4.1, WiFi – Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n,Wi-Fi Direct, Hotspot. it also has GPS and a USB Type-C 1.0 reversible connector.

DISPLAY

The phone comes with a 6.0-inch display, with 1920 x 1080 pixels and 367 PPI, IPS LCD Capacitive touchscreen. It also comes with a Fingerprint scanner at the back, just below the camera, and has Sensors such as Accelerometer, Proximity and Compass sensors.

MESSAGING

The ZTE Axon Max 7 messaging has SMS (threaded view), MMS, Email, Push Email, IM Browser HTML5; it has no Java.

MULTIMEDIA

It’s multi media, and Sound are an MP4/H.264 player, MP3/WAV/FLAC/eAAC+ player. It also has Photo/video editor and Document viewer. Alert types are vibration, MP3, WAV ringtones. There are two Loudspeakers at the bottom; we can’t tell if one of these two speakers is a mouthpiece or both are speakers. It has a 3.5mm jack on the top of the device. The ZTE Axon Max 7 also has an active noise cancellation with dedicated mic.

GRAPHICS/RAM/PROCESSOR

It is an Octa-core device, clocked 2.0 GHz, Cortex-A53, with a Snapdragon 625 processor and Adreno 506 graphics processor. It comes with a massive 4GB RAM and 64GB internal memory, and also has an external memory of about 200GB!

CAMERA

It packs a 13mp rear camera with phase detection autofocus and dual-LED (dual tone) flash; it has video recording capabilities at 1080p@30fps, Geo-tagging, touch focus, face/smile detection, panorama, and the ZTE Axon man 7 has an 8mp front camera.

BATTERY

It has Quick Charge 2.0 and packs a 4100mah non-removable battery.
