Design
Just like most budget smartphone, the ZTE Blade A520 sports a Plastic cover that’s removable. The rear is simple and comfortable to hold as well. The dual speakers at the bottom corner brings out the best sounds and bass.
It’s disappointing it doesn’t come with a rear fingerprint scanner, while the rear camera and LED flash are vertical at the top left corner, above the ZTE logo. The device is also very light, measuring 8.4mm in thickness and weighing just 130g. It’s only available in Gray and Blue colors.
Display
Displaying like most budget smartphone, with its compact screen which is surrounded by lots of bezels. Although, the narrow bezel houses three navigation buttons for navigating through the phone. While the top houses the usual features, even the narrow bezels came out to play.
The 5-inch HD IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen is perfect for small screen lovers. Boasting 1280 x 720 pixels in resolution and 294 pixel per inch density for clear visuals. The multi-touch screen stretches up to 68% screen to body ratio which is quite manageable.

Hardware and Software
Running the race here is the MediaTek MT6737 chip with Quad-core processor and 32-bit CPU architecture. The 4-cores of processor reaches a speed of 1.25GHz with 28nm process technology. Handling graphics is the ARM Mali-T720 MP2 graphics processor with 2-cores and clocks at 600MHz.
Multitask through all your favorite apps with 2GB RAM and 640MHz memory speed. Store everything you want in the 16GB storage space, which is always upgradeable up to 32GB using a memory card. ZTE Blade A520 runs on Android 7.0 Nougat operating system with MiFavor UI.
Camera
Dual 8MP cameras here, there’s one at the rear and one at the top bezel. The 8MP rear camera captures photographs with 3264 x 2448 pixels in dimension. The camera has a LED flash sitting underneath and other quality features as well. Videos of 720 pixels are recorded at 30 frames per second, while the 8MP selfie camera take cute selfies.
