These days, Xbox One gamers are asking for more in the sense that since the console’s backward compatibility was announced, the players have been asking for high-profile games.
The games they are asking for are mostly Call of Duty franchise, the Final Fantasy franchise and some others but the two games receiving attention right now are Final Fantasy XIII-2 and Lightning Returns. At the present time, they run at 4K resolution on Xbox One X.
Microsoft has recently made it clear that these games along with Final Fantasy XIII would be backward compatible and they are in line to receive an Xbox One X update.
So if you are a gamer, one question you may be asking is; what will the resolution on Xbox One X look like. Digital Foundry revealed that Final Fantasy XIII, which originally ran at 1024 x 576 pixels resolution on Xbox 360, is now running at 3072 x 1728 pixels resolution on Xbox One X. the former resolution was a bit disappointing to gamers but things have been made better now.
Notably, Final Fantasy XIII-2 and Lightening Returns- Final Fantasy XIII received the most significant update. They ran at 720 pixels on Xbox 360 but on Xbox One X, they are native 4K. all of these look so good on the console and it is a good thing that these classics are receiving updates for they are satisfying gamers in the modern age. In fact, the difference is quite immense. Here on Xbox One X, you notice some changes that could never have been achievable on Xbox 360.
The three games are indeed interesting. They have characters like Lightning, Serah, Noel, etc. in Final Fantasy XIII, players follow Lightning, Snow and other heroes who are destroyed by a god-like enemy.
In Final Fantasy XIII-2, Lightning and the others saved Cocoon. Three years after that, some survivors decided to start over but Lightning was nowhere to be found.
In Lightning Returns- Final Fantasy XIII, as Lightning, you, the player has to save as many souls as you can. Gran Pulse is sinking into the sea. Those that Lightning saves will live in a place called the new world.
