Ordinarily, I don’t see Vivo as a smartphone manufacturer that cares much about low-cost mobile phones for users. When compiling this information, I was especially shocked to note that for seven months of 2019, Vivo only has a smartphone which cost just $1 less of $100. Now I know that some of us may have been searching for cheap Vivo phones and may have been disappointed. This list here is for you. Unfortunately, not many of the company’s phones came cheap but I was able to squeeze out just five.
Vivo Y91C
This is the cheapest among all the Vivo phones released in March 2019. This phone is the lesser of two variants. I will not discuss the other one. This Y91C is powered by Android 8.1 Oreo operating system and it’s a 4G Android mobile device. It weighs 163 grams, a dual SIM phone, which is 6.22 inches large at the IPS LCD display. This Vivo product landed the smartphone market in the month of April 2019. Also, it is powered by operating system Android 8.1 Oreo and is a 4G Android. Like the one above, it weighs 163 grams, it is a dual SIM phone, a 6.22 inches IPS LCD display screen, camera to the rear is 13 MP and the one to the front for selfies is 8 MP. Vivo Y91
This phone has dual selfie camera which is a heavy plus for it. The phone was released in the month of January 2019. It came with other good features such as Android 8.1 Oreo, 4G Android, weighs 163 grams, and comes with 6.22 inches IPS LCD display screen. The memory space is 3GB of RAM and 64GB internal storage. Vivo U1
This is the last cheap Vivo phone on the list. The U1 was released in the month of February 2019 and it comes 6.22 inches of IPS LCD display screen as well. It is a dual SIM phone and has 3GB of RAM coupled with 32GB of ROM. Looking at the camera arena we see one rear camera of 13 MP and a front camera of 8 MP. You can see how uniform in technical specs these phones are. Vivo is actually doing a great job by not willing to compromise on quality for price. Does the company need to pay more attention to release lesser priced phones in the future? You be the judge.
