Enter your user details in the required fields
For those who may not have a password, dial *737*6*5# on your registered phone number. You will be given login details.
If you have forgotten your password, you should click Forgot Password as you can see on the login page. This would help reset your password.
After you have logged in, you will be required to verify your device. Select Yes and pick your preferred transaction method. This could be PIN or Token.
If your choice is PIN, you will be asked to agree with the service Terms of Use and subsequently create the PIN you will continuously use on GTBank App.
You have to enter a 5 digit code if you selected Token (or PIN too). This 5 digit code would be sent to your registered phone number as an SMS. If you didn’t receive the digits, you can alternatively dial *737*7# to obtain the OTP verification code. You should do this on your registered phone number.

Steps: Add Beneficiary

Login to the GTBank app
Select Transfers
Next, select New Beneficiary. Input the new account details into the required fields and save.

Steps: Delete Beneficiary

Login to your app
Select Transfers
Select the transfer type. You can click Transfer to Other Banks if the beneficiary isn’t a GTBank account holder. Otherwise, select Transfer to GTBank account.
Choose the account you want to debit
Select the Beneficiary field. You will see a list of the saved beneficiaries on your account.
You should select the red icon next to the particular beneficiary you would like to delete from the GTBank app.
A pop-up will now ask you to confirm. Tap Yes
Next, you will be required to enter your transaction PIN to finish the procedure.
When you do this, Beneficiary Successfully Deleted will appear on your screen
