Alcatel Idol 4 with free VR Headset now up for Grabs in the US at $199.99

the Alcatel Idol 4 which was announced back in February and became available for purchase last month, is now up for grab in the US via Cricket Wireless.The device retails at $199.99 including tax and is not carrier specific. Aside that buys could get a free Virtual Reality headset whihc is worth $50 for that amount.

The Alcatel Idol 4  manufactured by TLC which owns the Alcatel brand, sports a 5.2-inch Full HD IPS display with resolution of 1080pixels and is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 617 chipset with Adreno 405 GPU. The device comes in 2GB and 3GB RAM sizes and both has an internal storage space of 16GB which thankfully can be expanded up to 512GB via microSD card.

The Idol 4 equally features a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and there is an 8-megapixel sensor up front, also with LED flash. There’s equally a 2610mAh battery under its hood to keep the lights on. The smartphone comes pre-installed with Android 6.0 Marshmallow and offers a wide array of connectivity options like 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac (2.4 GHz & 5 GHz), Bluetooth 4.2, GPS with A-GPS, NFC, USB OTG.
