Ark Benefit M9 is another mobile device that registers itself in the market before the end of 2018. It has been released in the month of December already and reviews have started to pour in at the moment.

The device is not heavy because the battery is just so moderate so as to balance power at the performance department. Somehow, the Ark Benefit M9 though close in features to entry-level phones is not really that devoid of excellent features.

There is a single primary rear camera of 8 MP which comes with dual LED flash. The camera setup at the front for selfies is only 2 MP. It comes without LED flash option. However, video performance is of 720p@30fps FHD recording.

Other outstanding features of the cameras are geo-tagging, auto focus, touch focus, panorama, HDR, and face detection.

Hardware and Software

Moreover, Android OS v8.1 Oreo comes with Ark Benefit M9 as the operating system. Sure, this should be able to upgrade to Android 9 Pie operating system. Also, MediaTek MT6580 chipset is powering the device.

Its CPU comprises of 1.3 GHz Quad-core Cortex, while the GPU is Mali 400.

Storage Capacity and Sensors Ark Benefit M9

You have a nice 2GB of RAM which cannot be expanded in this department and the internal storage of 16GB can be increased through the use of micro-SD card with a dedicated slot up to 64GB external storage. Sensors found on the device are accelerometer, proximity, light, but there is no fingerprint sensor in here.

Network and Connectivity

Ark Benefit is a 4G Android phone and it operates effectively on GSM, HSPA, and LTE networks. So there is 2G, 3G, and 4G enabled in the smartphone. Also, there are two micro SIM card slots in the device.

Furthermore, other relevant components are Bluetooth v4.0, Wi-Fi, mobile hotspot, GPS, A-GPS, headphone jack, and micro USB 2.0.

Battery Life

Powering the Ark Benefit M9 is a Li-Ion 2700 mAh removable battery which does not have wireless charging and no fast charging technology. Similarly, the talk time and standby time are not specified.
