Here is a small program that will convert your HEIC images to JPG easily. Photos taken with iPhone or iPad in .heic or .heif format can be converted into any graphics format such as JPG or PNG but also supports RAW images (CRW, CR2, NEF, PEF, RAF, RAW, DNG, MNG, etc.).

The high-efficiency image file format (HEIC) is used by default on new versions of iOS 10-12 to reduce the space occupied by each photo. As it is a new format, in many devices I can not read it.

The HEIC format is not yet supported by the most popular graphics editors and mobile and fixed devices, so you have to convert it from HEIC to JPG for extended compatibility.
