Samsung has added some new features to the Galaxy A5, Galaxy A7 (2017) in the latest update, which makes the software of these two devices similar to the 2018 successor version.
According to Sammobile, the previous Galaxy A8, A8 + (2018) has also received camera updates to help make the hardware more compatible with the software.
Among the new features of the camera, autofocus mode for selfie cameras is most noticeable. To enable this feature, just turn on the Auto Focus feature. This test shows that this feature works well under full light conditions.
The update also offers a skin tone option for a self-portrait, while the rear camera will be labeled AR. In addition, the update also comes with new security patches.
