Design
The S11S comes in a bigger and much taller back obviously, but the design pattern is still the same. An Aluminum Alloy overall body that reflects light beautifully when you are out and about on a sunny day.
The sharp dual shooters sits pretty at the top left corner as well, with the dual-LED flash following up in a horizontal format. Furthermore, the sides has been drastically reduced as it measures just 7mm in thickness. It weighs 177g and available in Silver and Gold colors only.
Display
Compared to the S11, the bezels on the S11S are almost non-existent and reaches an impressive 82.4% screen to body ratio. Offering more screen than its younger brother, and comes with dual selfie camera at the top bezel as well.
The 6.01-inch bezel-less FHD+ AMOLED capacitive touchscreen dishes out a true Full View display with 18:9 aspect ratio. Boasting of 2160 x 1080 pixels in resolution and 401.82 pixel per inch density showcasing immersive and detailed visuals.

Under the hood is a Mediatek Helio P30 chip with Octa-core processor and 64-bit CPU architecture. The 8-cores of processor reaches a speed of 2.3GHz with a 16nm process technology as well. Handling graphics is the ARM Mali-G71 MP2 graphics processor clocking at 950MHz.
A massive 6GB RAM is available here to handle all heavy tasks with a memory speed of 1.6GHz. While for storage, 64GB storage space is available as well and upgradeable up to 256GB with a memory card. The S11S runs smoothly on Android 7.1 Nougat with Amigo 5.0 UI.

At the rear, dual 16MP + 8MP shooters are ready for all yout photography needs, with f/1.8 and f/2.2 aperture respectively. It’s seems Gionee made this phone specially for all selfie lovers, because i can see that the front camera packed more MP than the back camera, 20MP front compare to 16MP back camera. And the 6GB RAM and 64GB storage is kind of huge and I’m loving it right now. 3600MAh battery is also the real deal. Thumbs up to Gionee on this one.
