All new Haier Elegance E9 is a new entry level smartphone that comes with four cameras and a performance department that is probably too powerful for the battery power. Things at the display side seem to be normal and acceptable. However, the phone appears to bear other features that are common in smartphones of its kind.

However, in this specs review, we are going to look at the full technical specification of Haier Elegance E9. This will include checking out design, display, camera, network, battery, and price. This smartphone enters the phone market in the month of January although it was announced in the month of December.

Design and Display

Haier Elegance E9 phone arrives in plastic and metal body design. Dimensions are 157.5 x 75.8 x 7.8 mm and the weight specification is 202 grams. It comes in only black color. Even so, this phone has no waterproof protection, no fingerprint sensor technology.

What’s more, it is a 5.99 inches screen of IPS LCD capacitive multi-touch screen phone, which comes without a secondary display but has display protection. Further, it sports 1440 x 720 pixels of screen resolution. Furthermore, there are 16 million colors, coupled with other nice features such as 2.5D curved glass, 18:9 aspect ratio and 77.8 percent screen to body ratio.

This phone is out with dual primary rear camera setup of 16 MP and 2 MP camera that comes with dual LED flash. Additionally, at the front the selfie camera is dual 8 MP and 2 MP which comes with front LED flash. However, the video performance in the device is 1080p.

Then, the camera features in the phone are as follows- Geo-tagging, touch focus, face detection, panorama, auto focus, HDR, self-timer, scene mode, white balancing setting, and other features.

Also, Haier Elegance E9 also sports Android OS v8.1 Oreo as the operating system. It lives on modified user interface. In addition to that, it comes with MediaTek MT6739WW chipset which comes with process technology 28nm, 64-bit architecture. Moreover, the CPU is 1.5 GHz Quad-core, and the GPU is PowerVR GE8100.

Storage Capacity and Sensors

There is 1GB of RAM in the device which is not able to expand no matter what. At the internal storage level, it has 16GB space. It can be increased to 128GB with micro-SD card. There are three sensors in the phone and they are accelerometer, proximity, and light.

Network and Connectivity

Elegance E9 is supported by GSM, HSPA and LTE networks. In view of this, it has 2G, 3G and 4G available for connectivity purposes. This makes it a 4G compliant mobile device that has dual hybrid/nano SIM card slot.

Furthermore, network supports of Haier Elegance E9 are Bluetooth v4.2, Wi-Fi, mobile hotspot, GPS, A-GPS, GLONASS, headphone jack and USB v2.0. Please note, there is no HDMI, NFC, and infrared in this device.

The battery is good at a Li-Po 3000 mAh non-removable battery. The battery has no wireless charging and no fast charging technology. Talk time and standby time are also not specified.
