Highscreen Wallet is a new entrant into the smartphone market in the month of February 2019. If you think there is nothing spectacular in this phone, you may be wrong. For one thing, we love it for the strong battery it comes with. All other features are reminiscent of other smartphones of its caliber but on the battery note, we really believe that the device is worth it.
Another area to look at is the performance. It is moderate at 2GB RAM but other features make the phone operate at an acceptable fast pace. This and many other areas such as price, camera, and network will be examined in this review.
Design and Display
Highscreen Wallet phone arrives in simple sleek plastic body and frame design. Dimensions are 71.5 x 150 x 9.6 mm and the weight specification is unknown. It comes in black and blue color. However, it has no waterproof protection, but has fingerprint sensor.
Also, it is a 5.5 inches screen of IPS LCD capacitive multi-touch screen, which comes without a secondary display but comes with display protection. Further, it sports 720 x 1440 pixels of screen resolution. Furthermore, there are 16 million colors, 73.02 percent screen to body ratio, scratch resistant, and pixel density is 293 PPI.
Camera Features
There is single primary rear camera setup of 13 MP that comes with LED flash. Additionally, at the front the selfie camera is 5 MP, which comes without LED flash. However, the video performance in the device is 1080p.
Camera features in the phone are as follows- Geo-tagging, touch focus, face detection, panorama, auto focus, self-timer, scene mode, HDR, and others.
Hardware & Software
To take things further, Highscreen Wallet also sports Android OS v8.1 Oreo as the operating system. There is hope that this will upgrade to the latest Android soon. Furthermore, it comes with MediaTek MT6737H chipset which comes with process technology 28nm, 64-bit architecture. Moreover, the CPU is 1.25 GHz Quad-core, and the GPU is ARM Mali-T720 MP1.
Storage Capacity and Sensors
Furthermore, Highscreen Wallet is entitled to 2GB of RAM which is not able to expand no matter what. At the internal storage level, it has 16GB space. It can be increased to 128GB with a micro-SD card. There are five sensors in the phone and that is accelerometer, proximity, fingerprint, compass, and light.
Network and Connectivity
The Highscreen Wallet is supported by GSM, HSPA and 4G LTE. So it has 2G, 3G and 4G available for internet connectivity and other uses. This makes the device a 4G compliant mobile device that has dual nano SIM card slot.
As you may expect, network support of Highscreen Wallet are Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, mobile hotspot, GPS, A-GPS, NFC, headphone jack and micro USB 2.0. Evidently, there is no HDMI and infrared in the device.
Battery Life Highscreen Wallet
The battery of the phone is a good one at a Li-Po 4000 mAh non-removable that has no wireless charging and no fast charging technology. Talk time and standby time are not specified herein.
