Yelp users that wish to become Yelp Elite members must think about some things before they chase membership with the Yelp Elite Squad. There are some basic requirements that are needed before you will be allowed to join. Some of them are reaching the minimum drinking age in the country you presently live in and using your real name on your profile.
Surely, it gets more complicated. Yelp Elite members must adhere to a particular code of ethics which includes not being a worker for a Yelp competitor, not being a business owner and not having affiliations with business owners.
If you want to be a Yelp Elite member, you also need to be an active member within your Yelp community and drop consistent content on Yelp.
