The newly-announced Huawei G7 Plus is the latest addition to the line of Huawei G series smartphones. The new Huawei G7 Plus succeeds the Huawei G7 of last year and offers an upgraded display and processor compared to the previous model. The front features a 5.5-inch Full HD IPS display and is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 processor with 3GB RAM and 32GB internal storage. It looks more like the Huawei G8, which was announced at IFA 2015 and aims to offer a competitive mid-range experience at an affordable price.

Huawei G7 Plus crams in a 5.5-inch Full HD IPS with a resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels for decent clarity. The touchscreen, which has relatively thin bezels, is protected against scratches and from being broken easily by rugged 2.5D Gorilla Glass Surface.
