BLU is an OEM based in USA whose full name is Bold Like Us. BLU Grand M2 is a budget smartphone that presents good to go specs although some are not really on the high side. Well, that’s what one would expect from a budget smartphone. How about we go straight up to the review of this cheap BLU Grand M2 smartphone? Don’t go nowhere.
DESIGN AND DISPLAY
BLU Grand M2 has a beautiful outlook with the rear smoothly furnished and the entire body made of aluminium alloy and polycarbonate. The smartphone comes in different colour options which are – Gold, Rose Gold, Silver, Red and Black. BLU Grand M2 has a low weight of 160 g (battery inclusive). The smartphone has a thickness of 9.4 mm, length of 144.9 mm and width of 72.1 mm. The smartphone’s top bezel consists of the front camera and a LED flash while the bottom bezel contains the BLU logo. The rear contains the primary camera, LED flash and BLU logo (which appears in the top quadrant).
The smartphone has a large 5.2 inches with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. The pixel density of the smartphone is 282 ppi. Its screen display type is the IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen. Its HD display has 71% screen-to-body ratio. It has 16 million display colours.

MediaTek MT6737M is the system-on-chip present on the smartphone. Its CPU is the ARM Cortex-A53 with four cores. This 64-bit processor clocks at a low 1.1 GHz and utilizes the 28nm process technology. The graphics on the smartphone is produced by the ARM Mali-T720 MP2 that clocks at 550MHz. The software running on the smartphone is the Android v7.0 Nougat OS. The RAM on the smartphone is a very low 1GB LPDDR3. Once a lot of apps are loaded on the smartphone, it will fall prey to lagging. The internal storage segment on the smartphone has 8GB capacity for storing files. The smartphone has a low non-removable Lithium Ion 2,600mAh battery as its duration stronghold. Using a power bank will make the smartphone’s duration to be better. It gives a talk time of 7.3 hours and lacks the fast charging technology.
