Instagram, a popular photo and video sharing site is now apparently facing problems for local users. Various users face problems accessing the social services on desktop and mobile devices.
The problem to access this Instagram service is seen not to impact only local users, but also impact other users around the world.
For now, Instagram still does not issue official comments on this issue.
