iPhone 2024 – 10 MP front camera, 10 and 14 MP rear sensors, no USB-C

According to the latest details of the well-known leaker Steve Hemmerstoffer (@OnLeaks), the iPhone 2019  may have better front and rear cameras and a redesigned interior layout, but will not adopt the USB-C port in favor of the classic Lightning.

The well-known leaker focused on what will be the successor of the current iPhone XS Max which should always adopt a 6.5-inch OLED display but will be the only one to adopt the triple rear camera. The photographic department will be the one that will undergo the major updates on the hardware side.

The triple rear camera will consist of a 10-megapixel sensor, a 14-megapixel sensor, while details on the third sensor are currently unknown, two of which will probably be a telephoto lens and a wide-angle lens.

On the front, however, will remain the system of TrueDepth camera, but will use a 10-megapixel sensor, compared to the current 7 megapixels of the current version. It also appears that the TrueDepth camera will take up less space on the iPhone display frame, allowing Apple to reduce the size of the notch.

Internally, the iPhone 2019 with triple camera is said to have a completely redesigned interior layout, with an “L-shaped battery” that is “almost a large square” with the “logic board located above the battery”.

Finally, it seems that the current prototypes of the iPhone do not have USB-C ports as recently seen on iPad Pro, but still adopt the classic Lightning port that owns Apple, although many rumors wanted the introduction of Type C.

Of course, we reiterate once again that it is the only rumor, since currently, the prototypes of the iPhone are “still in the EVT phase” for which there is still time to finalize them.
