It goes for a price of Rs. 2000 in India and will be available in Gunmetal and Black colours across multi-brand outlets and national retail stores in the country. The Metal 24 is aimed at people who haven’t used a basic phone and don’t find smartphones affordable.

The Lava Metal 24 has a metallic back finish and a 2.4-inch QVGA display. The phone which comes with a Dual SIM has a rear-facing camera of 1.3 Megapixels with flash. The phone comes with a 1000mAh battery, is powered by an MTK 6261D processor and it has the capacity for memory expansion of up to 32GB using a microSD card.
The Metal 24 is compatible with FM radio and features a 3.5mm headphone jack. According to Lava, this feature phone comes with inbuilt games like Need for Speed and Snake (remember that?!). Other important features included in this phone include internet browsing (EDGE), Bluetooth 3.0, and USB-to-PC connectivity.
The phone comes with a 1-year warranty alongside a 6-month warranty for the accessories included in the box like the headset, charger, battery and a USB cable.
