Lenovo has revealed five smartphones that would be receiving the Android 6.0 Marshmallow update in the coming months.
The company disclosed the list on its Android Upgrade Matrix support page.
For now only five Lenovo smartphones will received the update. It is not clear if the company has plans to roll-out the update for other smartphones in future.
For now, here is list;
- Lenovo A7000 – September 2016
- Lenovo A7000 Plus – September 2016
- Lenovo K3 Note – September 2016
- Lenovo Vibe P1 – June 2016
- Lenovo Vibe S1 – June 2016
Users who purchased the product(s) via contract will not receive the update. That’s lame, but it’s their call and they have made a very terrible decision.
