Lenovo Legion is the first reputable gaming phone from the company. The smartphone is also reputed for its disruptive cooling technology. The device offers more for people who already love gaming phones. Some of the feature pf the Legion have been upgraded to satisfy the wish of fans who have been longing for new things for a while. It arrived after the K10 Plus.

Lenovo Legion Design

The Legion smartphone is big enough at the display to enable ease of playing games. It has a good design of both glass and aluminium. That gives the device a superior look and feel. There are two colours found in the device and these are black and red colours.

The smartphone takes a superior turn at the display as it features Super AMOLED touchscreen technology at the display and for the size, it is 6.67 inches. Also, this phone has 523 ppi density. It has 3180 x 1440 pixels resolution. The protection technology is Corning Gorilla Glass, with support of 2.5D curved glass screen.

Lenovo Legion Processor

Furthermore, to make things run smoothly while using the smartphone, Qualcomm Snapdragon 865, 64-bit processor Cores 8 has been installed in the device. The CPU is Octa core Cortex A77 and Cortex A55. It is actually dual in nature. There’s also the GPU, which is Qualcomm Adreno 650.

Storage Features

The Lenovo Legion receives praise for having three variants.  For the RAM, there are 8 GB and 12 GB respectively. Remember, both attract different prices. For the internal storage, there is 128 GB, 256 GB, and 512 GB. Add a microSD card to increase the storage on the external up to 512 GB.

Powering the Lenovo Legion is a good 5000 mAh Li-Po non-removable battery. It doesn’t have wireless charging, though it has fast charging technology. But count on it for good backup which can run for long hours, because firstly, the manufacturer has assured the public that this smartphone has a standby time of 369.

Speaker and Call Quality

The speaker and call quality of Legion is okay. The phone has Dolby Audio technology. Whether it is making calls or using the phone as a media player, the Lenovo Legion satisfies the needs of the user.

This Legion runs on Android v10.0 (Q) operating system. The user interface is ZUI. Furthermore, the sensors are fingerprint, accelerometer, proximity, compass, gyro, and light. The fingerprint sensor is placed at the rear of the phone.

There are four cameras at the rear of the Lenovo Legion. The rear cameras are 64 MP, 16 MP, 12 MP, and 5 MP. At the front for selfies, there is a dual composition of 32 MP selfie camera. The features of those cameras are digital zoom, auto flash, dual-LED flash, face detection, touch to focus, and more.

Lenovo Legion came with a price of $470 – $550 when it was released. The price of the smartphone will amount to about almost N200,000 in Nigeria.

As Lenovo is known for producing good quality gaming PCs, I wonder what magic the company can bring into the smartphone world. But pitch the smartphone against Nubia Red Magic? Of course, for the look or appearance, this phone scores high. The cameras too are wonderful, especially the selfie lens. Surely, the user will do much while making use of the device.
