Earlier this year, LG launched a notable upgrade to the LG G5 – the LG G6. Well, there is a new kid on the block as it stands now. Luckily for us, this new one comes with very lovely upgrades too. The LG G6 + is an upgraded version of the LG G6, and it comes with a whopping 128 GB of internal storage. Not only that, but it also comes with QI wireless charging feature.

DESIGN
So talking about how LG upgraded the design, the LG G6+ comes in a few new colour options which include Optical Marine Blue, Optical Terra Gold and Optical Black. The maker has applied a different coating that makes the back panel change hue, and this will depend on light reflection.
INTERNAL STORAGE OF THE LG G6+
In an upgrade I see as most impressing, the LG G6+ doubles the internal storage of the LG G6 to 128GB. Now that’s an excellent one and would surely eliminate the need for an external SD card. But on its hand, the RAM remains at 4GB. I think this one’s pardonable.
CHARGING MODEL
Now, this could be a smoking gun for the makers of this device. They have done well also to bring Qi wireless charging to the Plus model. What is that?
The Qi wireless charging is an open interface standard developed by the Wireless Power Consortium for inductive charging over distances of up to 4 cm (1.6 inches). The system uses a charging pad and a compatible device, which is placed on top of the pad, charging via resonant inductive coupling.
Now LG just earned a thumbs up from me.
OTHER FEATURES?
The thing is the LG G6+ will come with premium B&O headphones included in the retail package.
