LG K9s Specs Review, 4G Android, Cameras, Price & Performance, Availability

LG K9s has been announced in the month of January 2019. There is one good thing about phones that come with removable batteries and those that have batteries that users can’t remove. If your phone comes with removable battery it means that as soon as you’re no longer okay with the battery, you can throw it away. The LG K9s comes with a removable battery and good but moderate features that we will analyze below.

In view of this, we will look at the design, display, camera, network, performance of LG K9s and also other features that deserve mentioning.

Design and Display

Of course, the LG K9s arrives in beautiful plastic body design which comes without fingerprint scanner. Dimensions are 144.8 71.9 8.1 mm and weight is not specified yet. It comes in black, gray, white colors. Meanwhile, this phone has no waterproof protection, but has face recognition technology.

As well, it is a 5 inches screen of IPS LCD capacitive multi-touch screen phone. Additionally, it comes without a secondary display but it has display protection. Further, it sports 1280 x 720 pixels of screen resolution. Furthermore, there are 16 million colors herein, coupled with other nice features such as 16:9 aspect ratio, pixel density 294 ppi, and 2.5D curved screen.

Camera Features

This phone has single primary rear camera setup of 13 MP or it could be 8 MP and it comes with LED flash. Additionally, at the front the selfie camera is 5 MP which comes with LED flash.  Video performance is 1080p.

Additionally, camera features in the phone are as follows- Geo-tagging, touch focus, face detection, panorama, auto focus, HDR, scene mode, white balance settings, self-timer and other features.

Hardware & Software

Notably, LG K9s sports Android OS v8.1 Oreo as the operating system. It operates with modified user interface. In addition to that, the device comes with a chipset not specified yet. Moreover, the CPU is 1.4 GHz Quad-core cortex A53, and the GPU is also unknown for now.

Storage Capacity and Sensors

In this phone, there is 2GB of RAM which cannot be expanded. Also, there is 16GB internal storage. This can be increased with micro-SD card up to 256GB. There are three sensors in the phone and they are accelerometer, proximity, and light.

Network and Connectivity

LG K9s is supported by GSM, HSPA and LTE networks. In view of this, it has 2G, 3G and 4G on hand for connectivity purposes. Definitely, it is a 4G compliant mobile device that has single nano SIM card slot.

Furthermore, it also sports Bluetooth v4.2, Wi-Fi, mobile hotspot, GPS, A-GPS, headphone jack and USB 2.0. No doubt, there are no infrared, HDMI or NFC in this device.

Battery Life LG K9s

On the other side, the battery is a 2500 mAh Li-Ion removable battery. Similarly, the battery has no wireless charging and no fast charging technology. However, standby time and talk time are not precise as yet.

Price and Availability

Finally, LG K9s official price is not set. It is not yet available and has been announced by LG. Let us just hope that by the time you read this piece, it may be available. Just check below for the best price in your country if it is available.
