MIUI 11 finally arrives for Xiaomi Mi 9 Lite. Upgrade now!

The Mi CC9 or Mi 9 Lite, as it is known outside of China, was launched last year as the first of a new range from Xiaomi in partnership with Meitu.

When released, the Mi CC9 was running Android 9 Pie. Now, Xiaomi has started releasing a new MIUI 11 update that brings Android 10 to this device. This is a stable update limited to China and comes with the February 2020 security patch. Fortunately, the update will be available soon for the Mi 9 Lite.

MIUI 11 finally arrives at the Xiaomi Mi 9 Lite. Upgrade now!

The update arrives as MIUI V11.0.1.0.QFCCNXM and is 2.3 GB in size. The update also corrects some errors on the device.

The Xiaomi Mi 9 Lite is a really interesting device. Right away, we have a 6.39-inch screen. The resolution is 2340 × 1080 pixels. The resolution is Full HD +. The front and rear panels are protected by Gorilla Glass 5.

However, the chipset is an octa-core. This is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 that operates at 2.2GHz. Of course, we already have the Qualcomm Snapdragon 712 on the market, which has some improvements over this one. However, it is more than enough, especially considering the memory capacity. This chipset integrates an Adreno 616 graphics card.

However, in terms of photography, we have a 32-megapixel selfies camera placed on the monocle. At the rear, we have a triple-chamber configuration. The sensors are 48 + 8 + 2 megapixels.

At the level of the operating system, we have the MIUI 10 interface over Android Pie. You will also receive Android Q in a few weeks, which is certainly excellent news. However, this device comes with a 4030mAh battery with 27W fast charging support. This is done through a USB-C port.

This equipment is undoubtedly an excellent bet for those looking for a medium range. It has a good screen, very interesting photographic capabilities, and an attractive design.
