Our Verdict:

Although the Oukitel U23 will perform better than the Xgody Y28 because of the huge RAM, this, however, does not mean that the Oukitel U23 is a better phone in terms of performance. The huge RAM and inbuilt memory is the phone only selling point because the chipset on the inside is nothing to be proud of. The phone will still not handle games and other sensitive Apps the way a 6GB RAM device should. So don’t expect much from the device, because it will only slightly outperform it’s rival.
