According to Prestigio, the device is shockproof, dustproof and waterproof. Even the screen has a Corning Gorilla Glass 3 on top offering scratch resistant. However, it targets those on a budget, packing 2GB RAM and 16GB storage.
Design
To achieve a truly rugged device, Prestigio adopted both Polycarbonate and Metal to achieve this feat on the Muze G7 LTE. There’s a unique design at the rear as well that offers a firm grip and kinda sticks to your palm when held.
At the top, we can see the rear camera and LED flash, it measures a bulky 12.7mm in thickness when you turn over to the sides and has an octagon shape. The device weighs 210g and available in only Black colors.
Display
You get the standard screen here, there’s no reduction in bezels here. The bottom bezel houses the usual three navigation buttons, while the top houses the usual features like selfie camera, speaker and others.
The 5-inch HD IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen has 720 x 1280 pixels in resolution and a crystal clear 294 pixel per inch density for sharp visuals. It stretches up to 61.89% screen to body with a Corning Gorilla Glass 3 on top.
Hardware and Software
Under the hood, the MediaTek MT6737 chip takes charge and comes with its 28nm manufacturing process. There’s 4-cores of processor here as well clocking at 1.3GHz. While the ARM Mali-T720 MP1 graphics processor clocks at 600MHz.
It comes with 2GB of RAM for multitasking, this has a memory speed of 667MHz as well. In the storage department, you get 16GB storage space and a slot to upgrade up to 128GB. The Muze G7 runs on Android 7.0 Nougat.
Camera
The camera at the rear is a 13MP shooter which comes with a LED flash and other Internal features. At the top bezel, you’ll see the 2MP selfie camera which is ready for selfies.
Battery
Powering the Prestigio Muze G7 LTE is a 4000mAh non-removable Li-Ion battery with no fast charging technology. Without the fast charging feature, charging the battery from 0% to 100% might take up to 3 hours.
