Realme 6i has a beautiful body; it is built with a combination of glass and plastic. It comes in a smooth panel featuring the cameras, an LED flash, and then a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. The phone measures 162.1 x 74.8 x 8.9 mm in dimensions and weighs 191 grams.
It has a display size of 6.5 inches and an IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen. The screen resolution is 1080 x 2400 pixels, a 20:9 ratio, and 405 PPI density. It also has a glass 6 protection and 84.1% screen-to-body ratio and a 90Hz refresh rate.

On the camera department, the Realme 6i has a quad rear camera setup consisting of 48 MP primary, an 8 MP ultrawide, a 2 MP macro, and another 2 MP depth sensor. It has Mali-G76 MC4 GPU for graphics and runs on an Android 10 operating system with Realme UI on top.
The phone is available in two storage units. The first has 64GB + 4GB RAM while the bigger model packs up to 6GB RAM with the same 64GB storage, and you can still expand the memory using a micro SDcard. The sensors on the device are Fingerprint (side-mounted), accelerometer, gyro, proximity, and compass.
