Samsung Could Launch The Galaxy Note 20 and Fold 2 on August 5

The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 and Galaxy Fold 2 are expected to be launched in the third quarter of 2020. Several reports have surfaced, and they suggest that this year’s Galaxy Note Unpacked will take place on the 5th of August later this year. Also, it is expected to be an online-only even as a result of the current situation.

The highly anticipated devices from Samsung have been under the leak radar for a couple of weeks now. There have been several leaks revealing different specs of the devices, and we have even seen 3D CAD renders of Note 20 from popular leakster @OnLeaks.

However, we have little information on the design of the next device in the Samsung Galaxy Fold series, which is actually good news. These days, we already have information about new smartphones weeks and sometimes even months before they are released. The promotional leaks by the companies have drained the excitement out of the day the phone is actually launched.

Anyway, leaks and rumors suggest that the Galaxy Note 20 will come with a 6.9-inch WQHD+ AMOLED screen with a 120GHz refresh rate. The smartphone will also feature an Ultra model repacing the Plus variant of the Note 10 from last year. It is also expected to feature a triple camera setup on the rear, which includes a 108-megapixel primary camera, a 12-megapixel ultrawide angle lens, and a telephoto lens with support for 50x digital zoom.

The Galaxy Fold 2, on the other hand, is expected to come with a 7.59-inch inner screen with a 120Hz refresh rate. Other features of the display include a resolution of 2213 x 1689 pixels and UTG. There are also rumors that the phone will come with S Pen support. It is also said to feature a 6.32-inch cover display.
