Sony Lists First Set Of Smartphones To Get Android 6.0 Marshmallow Update

Sony has revealed a robust list of devices that will receive Android 6.0 Marshmallow updates.

The Japanese major, becomes the third mobile manufacturer to openly declare its smartphones to get the latest Android update.

Google earlier announced the list of Nexus devices to get Android 6.0 update, followed by Samsung.

The lists of Sony devices to get the Android 6.0 updates are as follows;

2. Xperia Z2 Tablet
3. Xperia Z3
4. Xperia Z3 Compact
5. Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact
6. Xperia Z3+
7. Xperia Z4 Tablet
8. Xperia Z5
9. Xperia Z5 Compact
10. Xperia Z5 Premium
11. Xperia M5
12. Xperia M4 Aqua
13. Xperia C5 Ultra
14. Xperia C4

Sony says it will add more features to boost user experience, though it failed to reveal an exact date when the updates would be rolled out.
