Design
A beautiful Plastic body that glows in the presence of light, which is removable to insert the dual sims or remove the battery. Apart from the rear camera and dual-LED flash that’s horizontal at the top left corner.
There’s no other attractive feature at the rear, it doesn’t come with a fingerprint scanner obviously. A very portable device, the F1 is very easy to hold and operate, even though it measures 9.7mm in thickness. You can get it in Champagne Gold, Ice Blue, Dark Blue and Elegant Black.
Display
Not bezel-less, the 5-inch screen is pretty standard and dishes out low quality visuals. Nonetheless, details ob the screen should visible and clear enough for users. There’s also three navigation buttons at the bottom bezel to easily navigate through the device.
The top bezel however houses the usual features, like the speaker grille, selfie camera and sensors. The FWVGA IPS capacitive touchscreen has a resolution of 854 x 480 pixels, bringing your movies and games to life.

Hardware and Software
Under the hood is a Mediatek chip with quad-core processor and 32-bit CPU architecture. The 4-cores of processor reaches a clock speed of 1.3GHz with 28nm process technology for a speedy performance. A Mali graphics processor is in charge of everything graphics here.
Multitask Android Go pre-installed apps and other light apps with 512MB RAM space. While for storage, 8GB storage space is available to accommodate all files, you can upgrade up to 32GB as well. The Tecno F1 runs on Android Go operating system with HiOS.
Camera
At the rear, there’s a 5MP shooter with dual-LED flash, ready to handle everything photography. The camera comes with lots of quality features like autofocus, touch focus, digital zoom and the rest. Videos of 720 pixels can be recorded at 30 frames per second, the 2MP selfie camera boasts of a soft LED flash as well for taking natural looking selfies.

Battery
Powering the Tecno F1 is a 2000mAh removable Li-Ion battery with no fast charging technology. Even without the fast charging feature, it shouldn’t take up to 2 hours to fully charge up the battery from 0% to 100%.
