Design
An affordable device with a sleek Metal body, the company really took out time creating the body though. A pleasure to hold, the X17 Pro body reflects light beautifully. The rear camera is at the top middle, while separated dual-LED flashes sits by the right.
It has no fingerprint scanner anywhere though, as the Xgody logo sits at the bottom corner. The rear loudspeaker is spotted as well to the left. Moving further, it measures just 8.4 mm slim, making it easy to hold, operate and flaunt with one hand. You can get it in only Grey and Black colors only.
Display
Lots of bezels are visible here, but that’s mainly because of the price. The bottom bezel houses three navigation buttons to navigate through the device. While the top houses the selfie camera, ambient light sensor and speaker grille.
The screen stretches up to 68.71% screen to body ratio, a little disappointing in 2023, but forgivable as a budget smartphone. The 5-inch HD IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen displays like a budget smartphone. Boasting of just 1280 x 720 pixels in resolution and pixel per inch density of 294. Nonetheless, it dishes out an 18:9 aspect ratio, while the Asahi Dragontrail Glass protects it.
Hardware and Software
Under the hood is the MediaTek MT6737 chipset with a 64-bit CPU architecture and 4-cores of processor. The Quad-core processor reaches a clock speed of 1.3GHz with a 28nm process technology for a smooth ride. Handling graphics is the ARM Mali-T720 MP1 graphics processor, reaching a speed of 600MHz with 2-cores.
The Xgody X17 Pro runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow with modified user interface. In terms of RAM, it boasts of just 1GB RAM space that reaches a memory speed of 640MHz. For storage, there’s 16GB space available, which you can also upgrade up to 32GB using a memory card.
Camera
At the rear, the 8MP camera will surprise you, capturing 4K resolution images within ease. The camera here comes with a dual-LED flash helping the camera to take photographs with 4163 x 3122 pixels in dimension. Additionally, you can record HD videos of 720 pixels at 30 frames per second and take cute selfies with the 5MP selfie camera.
Battery
Powering the Xgody X17 Pro is a 2100mAh removable Li-Ion battery with no fast charging technology. Even without the fast charging feature, it shouldn’t take more than 1.8 hours to fully charge up the battery from 0% to 100%.

Nice phone but XGODY need to focus more on their battery capacity because the battery capacity for this phone is just way too low
I love this phone as it is responsive, comes with Android 7 and without lots of bloatware installed. dual sim capability, good looks and form factor.
